How many homes sold in Mission for the month of June?
The Mission real estate market saw a resurgence in activity in June as the industry and consumers continue to successfully adapt to doing business during a pandemic. The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board processed a total of 43 single family homes sales, that is an increase of 21 more homes sold than the previous month (22 sold in May).
Compared to last year, Mission sold 3 less homes as 46 sold in June 2019, however last year at this time we had 237 active listings compared to this year where we only have 180 homes on the market for sale. Due to that lack of inventory and available product combined with the rise in buyer demand our average home price increased by 3.1%.
