As the Fraser Valley Market continues to change and brings home sales closer to historical norms, below you’ll see Mission’s activity:

  • Single Family Detached: At $705,941, the price for a single‐family detached home in Mission increased 11.8 per cent compared to July 2019 and increased 9.2 per cent compared to August 2018.
  • Townhomes: At $476,640, the price for a townhome in Mission 7.1 per cent compared to July 2019 and decreased 9.2 per cent compared to August 2018.
  • Apartments: At $297,300, the price for apartments/condos in the Mission increased 0.1 per cent compared to July 2019 and decreased 10.8 per cent compared to August 2018.The average number of new single family detached home listings in August 2019 increased 2.8 per cent from August 2018. Townhouse listings in August 2019 increased 200 per cent from August 2018 while Apartment listings in August 2019 decreased 60 per cent from August 2018.
